Qualifications

• At least 1 year coaching/training or instructional experience.
• Experience supporting K-8 students in one-to-one or small-group coaching.
• At least 1 year combining data analysis with learner support.
• At least 1 year using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis.
• At least 6 months using AI tools in professional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build Academic Data Reports and analyze data to surface issues and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid-response coaching calls and conduct post-assessment sessions to resolve blockers.
• Evaluate and implement new educational apps; design AI/LLM prototypes to improve learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.
