YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects from a remote, worldwide setting. You will review AI-generated visuals, provide human feedback, and help refine creative outputs with expert annotations.

Required are 2+ years in graphic design or related fields, strong tool proficiency, and paid AI-human data experience. Excellent English communication and ability to meet deadlines in a distributed team are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
