Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI & Data Governance Analyst to build and operate the data catalog underpinning our enterprise AI readiness effort. This hands-on role blends data governance execution with AI governance strategy, partnering with a senior director who wants a genuine thought partner.

You’ll develop metadata management, data quality, and lineage; align AI governance with the NIST RMF; create governance metrics and Power BI dashboards; and support Purview and Copilot governance, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data governance with catalog operations, metadata management, data quality and lineage.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, especially NIST RMF.
• Power BI proficiency for governance metrics and reporting.
• Familiar with Microsoft ecosystem (Purview, Copilot).
• Background in business operations and change management within governance.
• Strong consultative communication with senior stakeholders.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the enterprise data catalog including metadata and lineage.
• Apply governance policies across data assets.
• Align AI governance with NIST RMF and internal policy.
• Develop governance metrics and AI readiness dashboards in Power BI.
• Support governance around Microsoft Purview and Copilot.
• Contribute to change management and governance council activities.
• Engage stakeholders at senior levels with a proactive point of view.
