Job summary

Factored is seeking a strategic, client-facing AI Enablement Lead to own end-to-end enablement for clients adopting Claude and Anthropic technologies. You will lead engagements with enterprise clients, design tailored training proposals, manage program delivery, and define KPIs to prove impact.

This role requires a blend of consultative instincts, program management rigor, practical AI fluency, and strong facilitation skills to drive measurable adoption at scale while traveling to on-site

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in enablement, training, or a client-facing role in tech/AI/ML contexts.
• Proven experience designing learning proposals and end-to-end enablement.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs analysis with enterprise clients and translate findings into a structured enablement scope and training proposals.
• Standardize and tailor existing enablement frameworks to each client’s context without rebuilding from scratch.
• Oversee end-to-end operational delivery of enablement programs: scheduling cohorts, coordinating trainers, and rollout roadmaps.
• Define, track, and report KPIs such as adoption rates, tool usage, satisfaction, and business outcomes; iterate based on data.
• Capture insights across sessions and feed back to improve activation packages and programs.
• Facilitate introductory sessions directly when needed to ensure quality and consistency across trainers.
• Maintain strong fluency with Claude and the Anthropic ecosystem to demo live and translate capabilities into outcomes.
