Outlier's Coding Program in LatAm invites experienced software engineers to join as QA Coders on a remote, flexible contract. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft CS prompts to push AI systems to higher quality.

Participants work from anywhere in Latin America, earn up to 34 USD/hr with incentives, and gain exposure to cutting-edge AI projects while contributing to live production-style code tasks.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code: flag errors and quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve model output.
• Write computer science questions: develop clear prompts that challenge AI models.
