Outlier invites LatAm software engineers to join a structured remote QA coder program that helps train AI models to generate, debug, and evaluate code. Open to all of Latin America.

As a QA Coder, you will review AI-generated code, rate model responses on accuracy and clarity, and write well-structured CS prompts to push the models’ coding abilities. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with pay up to $34/hr.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across dimensions like accuracy, instruction following and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and push coding boundaries.
