Bayswater Education is seeking an Admissions Officer to join its central services team. You will manage applications from enquiry to arrival, coordinate with sales, partner support, accounts receivable and schools, and ensure timely communication with students and agents.

This role involves handling group bookings, invoicing and payment tracking, while protecting revenue and maintaining strong agent relationships across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in admissions, education administration, or international student recruitment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Process individual student and group applications accurately and within timelines.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with Sales and schools.
• Manage group bookings including accommodation and transfers.
• Maintain accurate booking information in the student management system.
• Provide booking and payment updates for forecasting and reporting.
