WITHIN is seeking a fully remote Ad Operations Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end workflow for a high-volume ad build operation. You’ll manage intake, prioritization, assignment, quality control, and launch readiness across a fast-moving queue of digital advertising projects.

You’ll be the primary connection between account teams and ad builders, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Formación

• 1+ year of Meta ad trafficking, building, or ad operations experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under deadline pressure.
• Understanding of campaign structure and QA best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own the ad build queue, primarily on Meta, from intake through final delivery.
• Prioritize incoming requests and manage deadlines.
• Assign projects across the build team and monitor progress.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on completed builds before launch.
• Ensure campaign structures, naming conventions, and platform requirements are met.
• Communicate status updates and launch readiness to stakeholders.
• Partner with account leads and operations teams to maintain execution quality.
