Home Service Direct is seeking a strategic Meta Ads Manager to own campaign strategy across a book of Meta ad accounts. You’ll decide what runs, where, and why, directing hooks, angles, and offers while AI builds creatives.

You’ll manage a full funnel beyond Meta and optimize GoHighLevel integrations for lead flow. This role is execution-heavy, requiring daily attention to performance, budget moves, and fast decision-making.

Formación

• 2+ years running Meta Ads professionally, preferably across multiple client accounts.
• Managed real client spend with CPL, CPA, ROAS metrics.
• Directed hooks, angles, and offers for creative strategy.
• Full-funnel marketing knowledge including Google Ads and retargeting.
• Lead form/landing page + CRM experience, Go High Level or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Own the plan for every new account — lead form or landing page wired into GoHighLevel, pixel and Conversions API installed, campaigns and ad sets structured, ads live fast.
• AI builds the ad variants — you direct the hooks, angles, and formats; run structured tests and know within days which creative wins.
• Watch cost-per-lead and cost-per-result; reallocate budget to what works and pause what doesn’t to avoid waste.
• Collaborate with Client Success to track high-quality leads and adjust targeting/creatives accordingly.
• Turn Ads Manager data into plain numbers and scale the accounts that are working.
• Manage 40+ live accounts and act the same day when something slips.
