Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience with direct ownership of month-end close and GL accounting.
• NetSuite proficiency preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable working with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute month-end close tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, transaction coding, and financial statement preparation.
• Maintain GL accuracy and ensure all entries are properly supported and audit-ready.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
