Veta Virtual is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to own the books for a growing roofing-focused client. You will manage full-cycle accounting, close processes, and deliver timely financial insights to leadership in a remote, fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate has US GAAP expertise, a CPA or equivalent, heavy job-cost and WIP experience, and comfort integrating QuickBooks Online with other tools. This is a fully remote role serving LATAM and Europe.

Formación

• US GAAP knowledge and experience with full-cycle accounting ownership.
• Ability to partner with an outside CPA firm at tax time.
• Strong track record managing external stakeholders and cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with construction job-cost accounting and WIP schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full accounting cycle for roofing and construction operations.
• Manage month-end and year-end close and provide leadership with financial insights.
• Oversee job costing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition (POC).
• Integrate QuickBooks Online with outside tools and manage AP and vendor interactions.
• Coordinate with external CPA firm for annual tax filing and compliance.
• Lead accounting staff as the team grows and collaborate on budgeting and forecasting.
