Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a client-focused Account Manager / Project Manager for a real estate marketing client. You will build client relationships, understand objectives, and coordinate projects from ideation to delivery with internal creative teams.

You will serve as the primary contact for North American clients, translate ideas into actionable briefs, track progress, manage timelines, and identify opportunities for additional services such as photography and video production.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years experience in account management, project management, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English, clear and natural communication.
• Comfort communicating with North American clients via video calls, phone, and email.
• Familiarity with North American business culture and professional expectations.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to turn client ideas into clear project requirements and actionable steps.
• Experience coordinating with creative/production teams for timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as primary contact.
• Coordinate projects from initial discussions through final delivery.
• Gather requirements, set timelines, and communicate expectations.
• Coordinate with internal creative, marketing, photography, videography, and editing teams.
• Track progress, deadlines, and client approvals; resolve bottlenecks.
• Provide strategic marketing recommendations and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain organized client records and project documentation.
