Coopervision is hiring a Clinical Application Scientist based in Colombia to enhance clinical usage of the CSI portfolio. The role involves hands-on training, customer support, and knowledge sharing while requiring 80% travel across Central and South America.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of senior level embryology experience, strong relationship-building skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

This hybrid position is key for fostering customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

Formación

• 7+ years of embryology experience at senior level.
• Travel is required (80% field-based).
• Experience in clinical application and training.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-clinic vitrification training.
• Assist customers in product evaluations.

This includeshands-on in-clinic training, workshops, andspecialized guidance in biopsy practices and vitrification.Beyond technical support,thisroleemphasizes buildingstrong customer relationships, fosteringknowledge exchange, andensuringutmost satisfaction.

Responsibilities

EssentialFunctions & Accountabilities:

In-Clinic Training:

• Lead andexecutehands‑ontrainingsessionsforcustomersinclinics.
• Offerdemonstrations andtailoredlessonstofosteradeeperunderstandingoftheCSIportfolio.
• Createlocalin‑clinic "embryo careprojects"thatclinicallydemonstratethatwecanprovideasafer journeyforgametes and embryos,creatingtestimonials andin‑clinic data and businesscases .
• Conductin‑clinicvitrificationtraining,ensuringcustomersareproficientandconfidentin the process.

CustomerSupport&Satisfaction:

• Assistcustomersinproductevaluations,ensuringtheyselecttherightsolutionsfortheirneeds.
• DevelopClinicalApplicationScientistconsultancyprogramthatensuresthat laboratories are

performingtotheirfullpotential.

• Whilstin-clinicensuresallcustomerEQneedsaremet-e.g.optimaluseofRIW,checkingservice up-to-date,ensuringoptimaluseofCSIequipment-andforwardanyEQleadstoEQSM
• Provide in depth product training and give necessary technical support to CooperSurgical distributors in the region

KnowledgeSharing&BestPractices:

• ActasarepositoryofknowledgefortheCSIportfolio,offeringinsightsandbestpractices.
• Facilitateworkshopsandsessionstoimpartessentialknowledgetobothcustomersandcolleagues.
• Collaborate closelywithregionalteams, sharingknowledge,andassistingintrainingwhereneeded.
• Increase# publications/congress talks/local data/testimonials supporting both CSI #1InEmbryo CARE andin clinic implementation.
• Works closelyas part ofthe global Professional Education and Clinical Support team (PECS), toensurealignmentofactivitiesand sharing ofglobal best practices.Joins PECS meetings asdeemed appropriate by the Global Senior Director of Professional Education and Clinical Support.
• SupportthescientificcommunicationprofilewithinputstoWhitepapersandARTScientific
• ParticipateintheglobalonlinetrainingprogramofferingbyMedicalAffairs

• Understandthefeaturesandbenefitsofeachp r oductandcommunicatetheseeffectivelyto customers, ensuringmaximum product utilization.

Travel:

80%travelaroundCentral and South America clinics .
