Félix is expanding its hub footprint, bringing the brand’s conversational-first approach to life in person. This role owns the end-to-end process of standing up new hubs, from site search through full operational handoff, and manages existing spaces along the way.

It is a hands-on, execution-first role for someone who can move fast, manage vendors and budgets independently, and reflect Félix’s brand. Over the next 12 to 18 months, this person will lead buildout of new hubs, provide proper

Formación

• 5+ years in workplace, facilities, or hub/site operations and full buildouts.
• Strong vendor management, contracting, and multi-contractor oversight.
• Operational rigor with a people or hospitality orientation.
• Hospitality/workplace experience a plus; startup experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Notion, ClickUp and PM platforms.
• Willingness to travel heavily and work across markets.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; localizing to communities.

Responsabilidades

• Scout, evaluate, and select sites for new Félix hubs across markets.
• Lead full hub buildout: permitting, design, construction, furnish, tech setup.
• Source, hire, and manage vendors across setup stages.
• Own hub budgets and timelines, escalating risks early.
• Hand off each hub fully operational with docs and processes.
• Manage existing hubs to ensure smooth daily operations and branding.
• Travel regularly across hub markets; build a scalable playbook.
• As hubs grow, help form a small team to support operations.
