Michael Page Colombia is seeking a Service Operations Leader to drive customer success across Colombia. You will lead field service activities, manage maintenance operations, and supervise a team of service engineers while coordinating with regional and global teams on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering with 5+ years in industrial field service and 2–3 years in leadership, plus strong automation knowledge and English at B2 level. Some travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial field service, maintenance, or technical support.
• At least 2-3 years of experience leading technical teams or service operations.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, industrial machinery, and control systems.
• Advanced customer management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service operations and drive customer success in a growing market.
• Manage regional initiatives and develop high-performing service teams.
• Lead and coordinate all field service activities across Colombia.
• Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance operations.
• Supervise and develop a team of Service Engineers.
• Act as the primary technical contact for key customers.
• Monitor service KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
• Support equipment installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate spare parts planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
