Midea Andes Region is seeking an IT Specialist to support ERP across Colombia and Ecuador, focusing on end-to-end P2P and O2C processes, and integration with WMS and TMS. The role bridges business users, HQ IT, regional teams, and vendors to ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ERP, strong process knowledge, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. On-site in Bogotá, Colombia with regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years of ERP implementation or support experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P and O2C processes in ERP.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, testing, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Spanish and English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Support ERP and ERp-related applications for P2P and O2C processes across Colombia and Ecuador.
• Analyze and improve P2P and O2C processes.
• Gather business requirements, document BRDs, coordinate design with HQ IT, translate needs into changes.
• Participate in SIT/UAT, data migration, training, go-live and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot incidents, root-cause analysis, manage changes, improve stability.
• Coordinate ERP integration with WMS/TMS and Finance interfaces as needed.
• Support Finance-related processes (AP, AR, GL, close).
• Coordinate stakeholders, HQ IT and vendors; track priorities and risks.
