Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish for written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of regional and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within US, Canada, Mexico and South America.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve compliance, governance, and risk programs across the region.
• Conduct risk assessments at regional, area, and country levels and track corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs.
• Lead internal investigations into fraud, misconduct, and non-compliance across functions.
• Monitor compliance and report deviations; coordinate with stakeholders for remediation.
