Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. You will design and implement a regional compliance framework, using data-driven systems to automate workflows and monitor metrics.

Collaborate with leaders and auditors to embed regulatory obligations into daily operations, conduct assessments, and deliver targeted training to promote ethical business practices across LATAM.

Formación

• Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regional regulatory frameworks, compliance monitoring tools, and industry standards.
• Proven ability in risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and managing stakeholder engagement with a high level of integrity and discretion.
• Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and implement a comprehensive Human Resources compliance framework for the region, leveraging data-driven compliance management systems and HRIS to automate workflows, monitor metrics, and maintain digital audit trails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external auditors to embed compliance into day-to-day operations and advise the business on regulatory obligations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and local regulations by conducting regular assessments, monitoring legal changes, and delivering targeted training programs to promote ethical practices.
