Viamericas is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the Compliance Program through monitoring and testing across our business lines. The role involves performing scheduled reviews, investigations of onboarding and transaction referrals, and reporting to regulators as required.

The ideal candidate will have an associate or college degree, fluent English, strong documentation skills, and a proactive approach to risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate or college degree required; related certifications acceptable.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience investigating customer transactions.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Proactive with good process adherence.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance reviews scheduled per program procedures.
• Investigate onboarding and transaction monitoring referrals.
• Monitor transactions and agent activity for compliance with policies.
• Prepare management reports and escalate significant issues.
• Collaborate with Compliance & Operational Risk Control for guidance.
• Assist in regulator reporting and case file preparation.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure quality service.
