Endava Colombia is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support the Regional Head of Healthcare - Americas. You will help maintain visibility over client accounts, financial performance, and operational priorities across the Americas and India.

You will coordinate with account leaders, project teams, and finance partners to ensure timely, accurate information and adherence to company processes. This role enables informed decision-making and action follow-through.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, portfolio operations, commercial operations, or financial management in a complex services environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasts, actuals, variances, revenue, cost, and margin.
• Skilled at coordinating across clients, teams, functions, and locations without direct authority.
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and following up proactively with teams.
• Highly structured and organized with attention to detail and judgment about elevation when needed.
• Strong reporting and Excel skills with experience using enterprise financial and operational systems.
• Professional English communication across Americas and India time zones.

Responsabilités

• Act as financial controller for the Healthcare - Americas portfolio, supporting oversight of forecasts, actuals, revenue, costs, margin, utilization, and other KPIs.
• Coordinate and review monthly financial inputs for completeness, accuracy, and timely submission in the company system.
• Validate forecasts with account, delivery, and finance teams; follow up on missing or inconsistent information.
• Identify and track variances with root-cause explanation and corrective action.
• Prepare concise financial reports and management summaries for the Regional Head.
• Monitor working days, timecards, billing hours, and related costs where applicable.
• Follow up on billing, revenue recognition, purchase orders, contracts at risk, and debtors.
