Endava Colombia is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support the Regional Head of Healthcare - Americas. You will act as financial controller, coordinate forecasts, and ensure timely, accurate management reporting across the Americas and India.

You will work with account leaders, project teams, and finance partners to maintain process discipline, monitor KPIs, and escalate risks, enabling informed decisions and timely actions.

Qualificações

• Experience in PMO, portfolio operations, commercial operations, or financial management in a complex services environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasts, actuals, variances, revenue, cost, and margin.
• Skilled at coordinating across clients, teams, functions, and locations without direct authority over them.
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and following up proactively with teams.
• Highly structured and organized, with strong attention to detail and sound judgment about when to elevate.
• Strong reporting and Excel skills, with experience using enterprise financial and operational systems.
• Professional English communication skills and the ability to work across Americas and India time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the financial controller for Healthcare – Americas, overseeing forecasts, actuals, revenue, costs, margin, and KPIs.
• Coordinate monthly financial inputs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
• Validate forecasts with account, delivery, and finance teams; follow up on gaps.
• Identify variances, explain root causes, impact, ownership, and corrective action.
• Prepare concise financial reports and management summaries for the Regional Head.
• Monitor working days, vacation, timecards, billing hours, and non-staff costs.
• Follow up on billing, revenue recognition, POs, contracts at risk, and debtors.
• Maintain client account visibility by coordinating updates with stakeholders.
• Support project teams in applying company processes and maintaining data in systems.
• Maintain governance logs and follow up with owners for timely resolution.
• Escalate risks to teams and keep the Regional Head informed.
• Identify recurring gaps and coordinate improvements with relevant teams.
• Assist in reports for the Group Head consolidating financial and operational data.
