Endava Colombia is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to provide operational and financial support to the Regional Head of Healthcare - Americas. You will oversee forecasts, actuals, revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs, coordinating with account leaders, project teams, and finance partners to maintain accuracy and timely reporting across the Americas and India time zones.

Qualificações

• PMO or portfolio operations experience in a complex services environment.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasts, actuals, variances, revenue, cost and margin.
• Ability to coordinate across clients, teams, and locations without direct authority.
• Professional English communication and ability to work across Americas and India time zones.
• Strong reporting, governance and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Act as financial controller for the Healthcare – Americas portfolio, overseeing forecasts, actuals, revenue, costs, margins and KPIs.
• Coordinate and review monthly financial inputs for completeness and accuracy.
• Validate forecasts with account, delivery, and finance teams; follow up on inconsistencies.
• Identify and track variances; provide root-cause and action plans.
• Prepare concise financial reports and management summaries for the Regional Head.
• Monitor billing, timecards, non-staff costs, rebates and investments.
• Maintain governance records: actions, risks, issues, dependencies; follow up with owners.
