MicroSourcing is hiring a Recruitment Supervisor in Bogota, Colombia. This hybrid role leads end-to-end hiring for all tracks, coordinating with Talent Acquisition and client teams to meet hiring goals. You will place ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure timely placements.

The position requires 2+ years of supervisory recruitment experience, strong communication, and expertise with ATS and recruitment tools. Day-one healthcare, flexible work setup, and career growth await.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in recruitment scope.
• Experience in Recruitment Operations, Team Management, and Client/Stakeholder partnerships.
• Knowledge of recruitment applications and systems including ATS and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to improve recruitment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from posting to offer generation and contract creation.
• Screen candidates and endorse top talent to hiring managers.
• Coordinate with HR/Operations for smooth hand-off of new hires.
