Accenture Colombia is seeking an experienced RTR Associate Manager to oversee Record to Report operations in Medellín. You will lead a large team through month-end close, ensure accurate financial reporting, and uphold service levels.

The role focuses on process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement, with strong collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, coaching a 20–30 person team, and driving performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; required.
• 7+ years of experience in RTR/finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Experience leading meetings with clients is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the RTR team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of month-end close activities and financial reporting processes.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage team priorities, workload distribution, and adherence to SLAs.
• Analyze accounting and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and a good understanding of controls, policies, compliance, and process efficiency
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Experience in leading and/or participating in meetings with clients
• Strong teamwork and customer support skills
• Advanced Excel and macro knowledge
• Knowledge of ERP SAP
• Functional expertise in different modules in SAP
• Experience in leading 20-30 people
• A high level of proficiency in English is required
