Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 3 years in banking, fintech, financial operations, financial analysis, payment processing, or financial reconciliation.
• Proven experience with bank reconciliations, transaction reconciliations, financial movements, discrepancy analysis, and identifying root causes.
• Experience in banking or fintech industry strongly preferred.
• Understanding of payment transactions, acquirers, payment gateways, settlement processes, and financial flows.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; practical testing will assess proficiency.
• English proficiency at C1; capable of professional client-facing communication.
• Valid visa with at least 2 years remaining.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Analytical thinking to investigate discrepancies and develop solutions.
• Strong client communication and ability to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Autonomy to manage priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure reconciliation solutions using a No-Code/Low-Code platform.
• Analyze financial data, transaction flows, and reconciliation differences.
• Support integrations with payment gateways and financial systems.
• Translate client requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation and post-implementation stabilization.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial processes.
• Engage in 100% remote work from Colombia.
• Lead client-facing implementation projects.
• Occasionally travel as project needs require.
• Work with fintech and automation solutions.
