Job summary

Rapyd in Bogotá is seeking a motivated SENA Apprentice for the Reconciliations team. You will support reconciliations, audits, and reporting, and handle tickets across Latin America, assisting with bank statements and settlement files.

This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in fintech operations, data handling, and cross-border processes, with exposure to Tableau, Looker, and reconciliation tools within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Available to start the productive stage.
• Eligible for an apprenticeship contract (first apprenticeship or part of a training chain).
• Proactive with strong assertive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle tickets related to discrepancies in transactions processed through the platform for payers.
• Download daily reconciliation reports from the reconciliation tool (Simetrik).
• Upload and download information, including invoices, reports, and settlement files.
• Download daily KPIs from Tableau and Looker.
• Generate alerts for discrepancies identified in daily bank and transaction reconciliations.
• Organize daily settlement files.

As a SENA Apprentice in the Reconciliations area, you will be responsible for supporting processes such as reconciliations, audits, and reporting, among others. You will also handle tickets across Latin America, provide support with bank statements, and assist with other tasks within the area.

• Handling tickets related to discrepancies in transactions processed through the company’s platform for payers.
• Downloading daily reconciliation reports from the reconciliation tool (Simetrik).
• Uploading and downloading information, including invoices, reports, and settlement files.
• Downloading daily KPIs from Tableau and Looker.
• Generating alerts for discrepancies identified in daily bank and transaction reconciliations.
• Organizing daily settlement files.

Requirements

• Be available to start the productive stage.
• Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract, either as a first apprenticeship contract or as part of a training chain.
• Be proactive and have strong assertive communication skills.
