HICA Group is seeking a Team Leader to oversee safe, effective homecare delivery and to be a primary point of contact for service users, families, staff and healthcare professionals. The role emphasizes teamwork, care coordination and responsive leadership within a not-for-profit setting.

The role offers paid training, career progression through NVQ Levels 1–3, and support from award-winning trainers as part of our commitment to developing internal talent and giving back via Shine Charity
