CarePride Ltd is seeking a dedicated care assistant to support individuals in their homes across the BS16 2LL area. This full-time, field-based role offers a chance to help clients live independently with compassionate, person-centred care.

Join a friendly team providing personal support, companionship, and practical assistance, with comprehensive training and clear progression pathways. Driving licence preferred but not essential.

4pm – 10pm

What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Worker, you'll help people maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by:

Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks

Assisting with shopping, meal preparation, and household duties

Helping individuals attend appointments and access their community

Supporting budgeting and money management

Providing companionship and emotional support

Encouraging confidence, independence, and personal development

Working alongside families, carers, and healthcare professionals

Promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing at all times
