Qualifications

• Experience with outbound calling and lead qualification.
• Ability to conduct live discovery conversations with homeowners.
• Excellent command of English for professional communication with US clients.
• Comfort with fast-moving sales environments and rapid follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to new inbound leads, aiming for five-minute contact wherever possible.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to new inquiries and existing prospects.
• Conduct live discovery conversations to understand project scope and fit.
• Ask strong qualifying questions about budget, timing, location, and goals.
• Determine fit and move qualified opportunities toward consultations.
• Use GoHighLevel to manage leads, update opportunities, schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate pipeline notes and follow-up tasks.
• Track activity and performance metrics like response time and appointments booked.
