As an Interpreter Quality Specialist, you'll play a direct role in protecting the quality of the interpreting experience and helping interpreters succeed. You'll evaluate interpreter performance, identify opportunities for improvement, provide meaningful and actionable feedback, investigate quality concerns, and support the ongoing development of interpreters.

This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate performance objectively while understanding the real-world impact that interpretation quality can have on clients and the people they serve. Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages commonly supported by Propio.
• Professional interpreting experience or experience working within the language services industry.
• Knowledge of professional interpreting standards, ethics, protocols, and interpreter role boundaries.
• Familiarity with healthcare interpreting and medical terminology.
• Experience in quality assurance, interpreter evaluation, coaching, training, or performance development.
• Familiarity with recognized industry standards and professional organizations, including the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care (NCIHC).
