A leading engineering group in Colombia is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) professional to enhance bank technology services. The role involves collaborating with analysts and developers, executing various test phases, and managing defects. Candidates should have over a year of automation testing experience, be proficient in Selenium and Postman, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Formación

• More than 1 year of experience with Automation testing.
• Experience with Selenium and Postman.
• Strong communication abilities in English and Spanish (B2-C1 Level).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to define actionable test scenarios.
• Develop and execute manual test cases across various testing phases.
• Log and manage defects using Jira, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Support automation efforts and assist in script development.
• Perform API testing using Postman and RestAssured.
• Conduct backend data validation to ensure accuracy.

What will you do as a QA?

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to understand business requirements and define actionable test scenarios.
• Develop and execute manual test cases across functional, regression, integration, and system testing phases.
• Log and manage defects using Jira, ensuring timely follow‑up and retesting.
• Support automation efforts by identifying test cases and assisting in script development using tools like UiPath and Pega OpenSpan.
• Perform API testing using Postman and RestAssured to validate RESTful and GraphQL endpoints.
• Conduct backend data validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

What do we expect from you?

• More than +1 years of experience with Automation testing.
• Experience with selenium and postman
• To have great communication abilities, both in English and Spanish (B2-C1 Level)
