Responsibilities

• Crear e implementar planes de prueba detallados y estructurados antes de los lanzamientos de productos.
• Monitorear los resultados del proceso de depuración y definir acciones correctivas.
• Rastrear métricas de calidad y crear planes de acción.

What will you do?

• Create and implement detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client’s needs, while being cost effective.
• Monitor debugging process results and define and execute corrective actions.
• Track quality assurance metrics and create action plans accordingly.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies.
• Develop reusable automation scripts that will reduce cost, timelines and improve efficiencies across the organization.

What do you need?

• A degree in computer science, IT Business/Management or engineering related discipline is desirable.
• 3+ years of demonstrable, practical hands-on experience as a Test Automation Engineer or Software developer.
• Expertise in SQL, JAVA, Selenium, and other automated testing tools are critical to the automation journey.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Experience with writing simple and complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Have a B2 level of English, because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
