DigAI is seeking a Strategic Procurement Specialist to lead regional negotiations for the Raw Materials category and to oversee the supply of essential materials, supplies, and services across the region. You will build strong supplier partnerships, monitor market trends, and manage orders from inception to delivery to support operational needs.

• Manage purchase orders from generation to fulfillment, closely tracking delivery lead times.
• Develop and consolidate relationships with strategic suppliers, driving supplier evaluation and performance.
• Verify supplier compliance with required technical specifications and quality standards.

• Ensure the continuous supply of raw materials, supplies, and services aligned with organizational needs.
• Perform market analyses and monitor consumption trends to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Manage purchase orders from generation to fulfillment, closely tracking delivery lead times.
• Develop and consolidate relationships with strategic suppliers, driving supplier evaluation and performance.
• Verify supplier compliance with required technical specifications and quality standards.

Mandatory requirements

• Solid professional background in strategic procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Experience in commercial negotiations, contract management, and supplier relations.
• Strong analytical capacity to conduct market research, monitor metrics, and review consumption data.
• Ability to manage purchase orders, monitor logistics lead times, and enforce quality requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Differentials

• Prior experience managing the Raw Materials category at a regional or multi-site level.
• Familiarity with vendor development programs and supplier performance management systems.
• Knowledge of modern procurement software or ERP systems.
