EXECUTEL is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Coordinator in Bogotá, Colombia. The role requires a C1 level of English and hands-on experience creating proposals, managing databases, and supporting sales capacities. The position is fully on-site in Bogota.

You will coordinate the full proposal lifecycle, tailor content to client requirements, and maintain branding and document standards. Collaboration with teams and external contacts will be essential to meet tight deadlines.

Formación

• 1–3 years in marketing, proposal prep, or client support with AEC RFP/RFQ experience.
• Fluent English with strong business communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end proposal lifecycle for accounting and auditing practice.
• Draft, format, and tailor proposal content to fit requirements.
• Maintain internal records such as Proposal Index and Contact Index.
• Assist with vendor registrations and day-to-day administrative duties.
