Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a detail-oriented B2B proofreader to join our team. The role involves editing long-form and short-form content to ensure accuracy, polish, on-brand voice, and alignment with client goals.

You will collaborate with writers and internal teams to maintain high-quality content and keep projects moving forward. The ideal candidate will have strong English writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with editors to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, syntax, style, and usage.
• Experience editing long-form and short-form content.
• 1+ year of proofreading or editing experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread B2B content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
• Ensure content aligns with client style guides, editorial standards, messaging, and project requirements
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers
• Cross-check references, claims, data, and source material for accuracy
• Identify factual inconsistencies, unsupported statements, and potential plagiarism
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other departments
• Review and occasionally revise internal documents and client-facing materials
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all reviewed content
