Job summary

INFUSE is looking for a detail-oriented B2B proofreader to join our team. This role edits long-form and short-form content to ensure accuracy, polish, on-brand alignment, and client goal fulfillment.

You will collaborate with writers and internal teams to maintain high-quality content, provide clear feedback, and help projects move forward. The ideal candidate has excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills, plus 1+ year experience and familiarity with brand voice.

Qualifications

• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, syntax, style, and usage.
• Experience editing long-form and short-form content.
• 1+ year of proofreading or editing experience.
• Familiarity with style guides and brand voice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread B2B content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
• Ensure content aligns with client style guides, editorial standards, messaging, and project requirements
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers
• Cross-check references, claims, data, and source material for accuracy
• Identify factual inconsistencies, unsupported statements, and potential plagiarism
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other departments
• Review and occasionally revise internal documents and client-facing materials
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all reviewed content
