WSP COLOMBIA SAS is seeking a Project Performance Analyst to provide global analytical support for project and operational performance tracking. The role emphasizes data accuracy, governance, and reliable reporting to inform governance and strategic decisions.

The candidate will coordinate regional data collection, support dashboards, and prepare monthly performance analyses for senior leadership, leveraging advanced Excel and Power BI skills to drive improvements across multi-regional projects.

Formación

  • 3 to 5 years in data analysis or project performance roles.
  • Experience with performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Exposure to global or multi-regional environments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate with regional teams to collect, validate, and standardize data.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial and operational data.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting tools with BI teams.
  • Prepare regular project performance analyses and monthly reports.
  • Consolidate information for management and executive leadership.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data definitions.
  • Identify and support data governance and reporting improvements.

Role Purpose

The Project Performance Analyst will be responsible for providing global analytical support for project and operational performance tracking. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for governance and strategic decision-making, as well as supporting the preparation of executive-level reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with regional teams to collect, validate, and standardize project and operational performance data
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial and operational data used for governance and reporting
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with BI teams
  • Prepare regular project performance analyses and consolidated monthly reports
  • Consolidate Project Performance Review information and support the preparation of materials for management and executive leadership
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on metrics and data definitions
  • Identify and support process improvements related to reporting, automation, and data management
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Systems or related), Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, project performance, cost control, financial or operational reporting, or similar roles
  • Experience working with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Previous exposure to global or multi-regional environments is desirable
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis and consolidation of financial and operational information
  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus
  • Understanding of reporting structures and data governance is an advantage
Languages
  • Advanced English (mandatory due to the global scope of the role)
  • French is a plus
