SOFTGIC in Colombia is seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, automate reporting, and support data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes creating visualizations with Power BI/Tableau/Looker, maintaining data models, and ensuring data quality across systems. 100% on-site modality in Colombia, Peru, or Guatemala.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.
• Advanced Python for data analysis and automation.
• Advanced SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data transformation, and data modeling.
• Experience with statistical analysis, APIs, and data integrations.
• Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics Lifecycle, Data Governance, BI best practices, and Agile environments.
• English level B2 or higher.

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience transforming data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, automate reporting, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operational and executive teams.
