Bluelight is a leading software consultancy expanding across the Americas. We seek a Senior Project Manager to guide complex software delivery, align client expectations, and drive success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across the US and LATAM, manage fixed deadlines, and ensure top-quality, on-time results. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required, with a focus on ownership and accountability.

• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate third-party vendor dependencies and manage contracts and integration timelines.
• Ensure milestones, gates, and acceptance criteria are met; provide client-facing status reports.
• Oversee budgeting, resourcing, risk, and scope across multiple concurrent projects.
• Communicate with clients and executives, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
• Ability to overlap US business hours
• Bachelor's degree required
