Bluelight seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across distributed teams. You will coordinate clients, vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality applications on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven track record with complex systems. Remote-friendly with flexible hours and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing client dependency registers with dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Background with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
