Bluelight seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead fast-paced software development projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple workstreams.

Strong background in Agile, risk management and vendor coordination is essential. Fluency in coordinating with US/LATAM stakeholders and maintaining project governance will be valued.

• 5+ years leading software development project teams.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with careful planning.
• Experience maintaining a client dependency register with ownership and escalation.
• Familiar with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Ability to manage scope, budget, resources and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum or Kanban with client-facing reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Asana) and US-hour overlap.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
• Ability to overlap US business hours
• Bachelor's degree required
