Bluelight LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development initiatives across distributed teams. You will ensure delivery against fixed deadlines, manage client dependencies, and implement risk and change-control processes.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with Jira/Asana, and a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration. Remote-friendly with international delivery scope.

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
