Bluelight LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive software delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with clients, and govern project scope, budget, and timelines across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, risk management, and proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Remote work with international delivery is supported.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage software development projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, providing timely status reports and escalation paths.
• Oversee resourcing, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ensure formal risk registers and change-control processes are followed.
• Collaborate with vendors and nearshore/offshore teams to align delivery.
• Oversee milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
• Ability to overlap US business hours
• Bachelor's degree required
