• Strong .NET project knowledge, migrations to newer versions.
• Delivery planning: scope, timeline, dependencies.
• Strong communication to align stakeholders and keep delivery transparent.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for daily collaboration.

• Oversee project administration including documentation, meeting cadence, and status reports
• Guide teams through .NET version migration activities and release readiness
• Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to stakeholders in English

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for .NET initiatives with clear scope, timeline, and outcomes
• Plan and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for assigned deliverables
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests and define mitigation plans
• Oversee project administration including documentation, meeting cadence, and status reports
• Guide teams through .NET version migration activities and release readiness
• Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to stakeholders in English

Requirements

• Project management experience (2+ years) leading software delivery initiatives
• People management experience coordinating and supporting cross-functional team members
• Project administration skills for schedules, risks, issues, and status reporting
• Strong .NET project knowledge, preferably in migrations to newer versions
• Solid delivery planning skills including scope, timeline, and dependency management
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and keep delivery transparent
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for daily collaboration
• Nice to have AI agents development experience using modern AI tools such as Claude Code
• Practical knowledge of applying AI to improve delivery workflows and team productivity
• Experience evaluating AI-assisted approaches for requirements, testing, or documentation
