About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Project Manager, Marketing Operations (Senior) to support the operational rhythm of a marketing team focused on customer acquisition across multiple business segments. This position serves as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring recurring meetings, project timelines, status updates, action items, and cross‑functional initiatives remain organized and on track. You will work closely with senior marketing leadership and regional campaign teams, providing structure, visibility, and consistent follow‑through across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of project management experience, preferably within Marketing Operations, and can contribute immediately with minimal supervision. Exceptional communication skills are essential. You must be able to translate discussions into clear action plans, communicate progress proactively, and maintain consistent responsiveness. This is an operational project management position, not a marketing strategy or hands‑on campaign execution role.

Why This Opportunity?
  • Collaborate directly with senior marketing leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Take ownership of high‑visibility project coordination and operational processes.
  • Improve workflows, reporting, accountability, and team communication.
  • Work with modern collaboration, project management, and AI tools.
  • Contribute to an evolving operational environment with meaningful autonomy.
What You’ll Do
Project Management & Meeting Coordination
  • Coordinate recurring meetings, including senior leadership revenue reviews, cross‑functional alignment sessions, and weekly status updates.
  • Prepare agendas, document key decisions, identify action owners, and track commitments through completion.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outstanding priorities clearly and consistently.
  • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are followed through without requiring constant reminders.
Marketing Operations & Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Consolidate updates from regional marketing teams and campaign leads.
  • Identify duplicated efforts, operational delays, dependencies, and workflow gaps.
  • Track campaign progress at an operational level without directly managing campaign strategy or execution.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to resolve handoff issues.
  • Maintain clear visibility into priorities, progress, and outstanding action items.
Tools, Processes & Operational Improvement
  • Use project management and collaboration tools to organize workflows, documentation, and reporting.
  • Work within an environment using Google Workspace, Slack, Claude, Smartsheet, and Quickbase.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to operational processes.
  • Help distinguish immediate operational solutions from longer‑term workflow improvements.
  • Maintain organized documentation and reliable project tracking systems.
  • Proactively establish structure and accountability across evolving processes.
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum 7 years of professional project management experience, preferably supporting marketing operations or cross‑functional business teams.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable updates.
  • Experience preparing meeting agendas, documenting decisions, and managing follow‑ups.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience using digital project management and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to established workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal supervision.
  • Consistent responsiveness, proactive communication, and reliable follow‑through.
  • Strong professional English proficiency.
  • Availability for 40 hours per week preferred, with flexibility for exceptional candidates available for at least 30 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Marketing Operations, particularly supporting customer acquisition teams.
  • Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Claude, and Smartsheet.
  • Hands‑on Quickbase experience — a significant advantage.
  • Experience coordinating regional or distributed marketing teams.
  • Experience improving project management processes, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign operations and sales handoff processes.
  • Availability aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours.
How Success Is Measured
  • Recurring meetings are well‑organized, documented, and followed through consistently.
  • Project deliverables, deadlines, and action items are accurately tracked.
  • Stakeholders receive clear, timely, and proactive communication.
  • Multiple workstreams progress without unnecessary delays or confusion.
  • Operational bottlenecks and duplicated efforts are identified and addressed early.
  • Leadership has reliable visibility into project progress and outstanding priorities.
  • Operational workflows become more efficient, structured, and consistent.
Why Join Us?
  • $2,167–$2,667 USD/month compensation.
  • Fully remote opportunity from Colombia, Mexico, or Chile.
  • Preferred 40‑hour workweek, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
  • Direct collaboration with senior marketing leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Opportunity to improve operational processes and project management systems.
  • Meaningful autonomy and ownership over daily execution.
Important Notes

This is a project management and marketing operations role, not a marketing strategy, paid media, or campaign execution position. A minimum of 7 years of project management experience is required. Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of operational responsibilities from the beginning. Clear, reliable communication is non‑negotiable. Candidates must demonstrate consistent responsiveness, structured updates, and strong follow‑through. Quickbase experience is a major advantage, but not mandatory. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Claude, and Smartsheet is highly valued. The preferred schedule is 40 hours per week, with flexibility for exceptional candidates who can commit to at least 30 hours per week. U.S. Central Time alignment is preferred, but other time zones may be considered. This is a remote/telecommute position.
