Job summary

AlphaX is seeking a Project Manager to lead finance, real estate lending, and investment fund initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional projects, including lending operations, financial reporting, compliance, and investor operations, with accountability for budgets, vendors, risk management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities include defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs; managing schedules and vendor deliverables; identifying risks and implementing mitigation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in finance, real estate, financial services, or fund management.
• Experience managing projects involving lending operations, financial reporting, compliance, or investor operations.
• Owns scope, budgets, vendors, risk logs, and exec communications from kickoff through launch.
• Experience in regulated financial services or compliance-sensitive environments.
• Strong governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and cross-functional execution.
• Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Must have direct ownership of complex projects; not suitable for admins/coord coordination.

• Experience delivering projects in regulated financial services or compliance-sensitive environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and cross-functional execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver measurable project outcomes.
• Must have direct ownership of complex projects; candidates with only administrative or project coordination experience will not qualify.
