Blossom, a U.S.-based fintech company, seeks a Middle Scrum Master for its Project Delivery team to help software teams work efficiently and deliver value. This remote role supports Spanish- and English-speaking stakeholders across diverse projects and encourages continuous improvement.

Required: 2+ years as Scrum Master, strong Scrum/Agile knowledge, Jira management, SDLC understanding, and English B2+; SAFe knowledge is a plus. Competitive remote-friendly benefits offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 2+ years Scrum Master experience in software development
• 2+ years leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Experience with Jira, Notion, Confluence, Trello
• Understand SDLC from planning to delivery
• Experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
• Strong facilitation, communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience monitoring metrics, risks, blockers and deliverables
• Ability to work with Spanish- and English-speaking teams
• English level B2 or higher
• Knowledge of SAFe or other Agile frameworks is a plus

We are looking for a Middle Scrum Master to join our Project Delivery team and help software development teams work efficiently, stay aligned with project goals, and continuously improve the way they deliver value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in software development environments.
• 2+ years of experience leading or facilitating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, including Scrum roles, events, and artifacts.
• Experience with Jira and project management tools such as Notion, Confluence, or Trello.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from planning through delivery.
• Experience facilitating Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Strong skills in team facilitation, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.
• Experience monitoring project metrics, risks, blockers, and deliverables.
• Strong continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work with Spanish- and English-speaking teams and stakeholders.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Knowledge of SAFe or other Agile frameworks is a plus.
