AppSpring Tech is seeking an experienced product/project manager with a solid technical background to steer cross-functional software squads, maintaining sprint velocity and clear client alignment.

You will lead daily standups, sprint planning, risk mitigation, and ensure scope definitions while coordinating with North American client teams, all within a 100% remote framework. The role demands strong English communication and a technical PM background to enable effective decisions and delivery.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum methodologies and estimation techniques.
• Excellent client-facing skills with English proficiency.
• Technical background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day agile operations (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, backlog grooming)

• Identify and resolve project risks, dependency blockages, and operational bottlenecks early

About the Position

We are seeking a PM with a solid technical background to steer cross-functional software squads, maintaining high sprint velocity and clear client alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day agile operations (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, backlog grooming)
• Serve as primary liaison between AppSpring development teams and North American client teams
• Coordinate scope definitions, project timelines, and deliver budget review tracking weekly
• Identify and resolve project risks, dependency blockages, and operational bottlenecks early
• Foster high performance, psychological safety, and accountability within engineering squads

Requirements & Technical Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing software development projects in B2B or tech environments
• Expert knowledge of Scrum methodologies, agile tools (Jira, ClickUp), and estimation techniques
• Excellent client-facing skills, with experience managing stakeholders directly in English
• Technical background (software engineering degree or extensive technical PM experience) is highly preferred
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
