Job summary

Bolder Apps is seeking a Product Manager to own scope and delivery across multiple client engagements, coordinating with US-based startups and companies. You will translate client needs into technical scope for engineering teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure smooth releases while navigating AI-augmented workflows.

Ideal candidates have agency/consultancy experience, strong English, and are comfortable with overlapping US Eastern work hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software development.
• Agency or consultancy background with multiple client accounts.
• Mobile app development project experience including iOS/Android release cycles.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1+), able to run client calls and write specs.
• Able to overlap with US Eastern time for live client coordination.
• Familiar with technical tooling: Jira, Linear, GitHub issues, or equivalent.
• Comfortable with AI-augmented development workflows; understanding its impact on estimation and QA.
• Direct communicator who raises issues early with a plan.

Responsibilities

• Own product scope and delivery for multiple concurrent client engagements, each with its own priorities and roadmap.
• Run the day-to-day of software and mobile app development projects: sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination.
• Translate client business asks into technical scope and explain constraints in plain language to clients.
• Track budget, timeline, and scope on every project; flag risks early.
• Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs to ensure quality at release.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, specs, and status so any team member can pick up context.
• Lead client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours.
• Push back on scope creep and unrealistic timelines with a concrete plan.
