Insight Global is seeking a Data Project Manager to lead complex data programs, communicate with executive stakeholders, understand modern data platforms, leverage AI to improve delivery, and manage projects from SOW through successful implementation while keeping timelines, risks, and outcomes firmly under control.

They will build and communicate: roadmaps, milestones, 90-day plans, KPIs and success metrics.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as a PM focused on data projects.
• Ability to discuss data architecture, migration approaches, data quality and implementation strategies.
• Proven use of AI to improve delivery, reporting and team productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex data programs and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Translate SOWs into execution plans and manage end-to-end lifecycle.
• Develop roadmaps, milestones, 90-day plans, KPIs and success metrics.
• Forecast, manage risks and dependencies to keep timelines and outcomes on track.

Must Haves

• 8+ years of experience as a PM focused on data projects in Databricks, Snowflake, or PIM (Product Information Management).


• Ability to understand and discuss data architecture, migration approaches, data quality, and implementation strategies.


• Candidates should demonstrate practical and strategic use of AI, including: Story and requirements creation, Dependency and risk analysis, Status reporting and executive summaries, and Team productivity improvements through AI-enabled development, testing, and validation
